We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Despatcher to join our dynamic team! If you’re organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with logistics, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and scheduling deliveries.

Ensuring accurate preparation of dispatch documentation.

Liaising with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery.

Monitoring inventory and dispatch processes.

Assisting with general dispatch duties as required.

Requirements:

Prior experience in dispatch or logistics is preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficient with basic computer systems (e.g., emails, spreadsheets).

A team player with a proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

Flexible part-time hours (to be discussed).

Availability during peak periods is an advantage.
